We invest our own capital and provide co-investment opportunities across the "capital stack" (including senior and subordinated debt, convertible debt, preferred equity and common equity).

Our strategy is to provide ongoing support to the founders and boards of our investments. We aspire to maximize value and to position our investments for successful monetization.
